Shipping policy

Order Processing
We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving them.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery Time
Delivery within Denmark typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during campaigns, holidays and peak periods.

Shipping Methods
We ship with PostNord, DAO or GLS, depending on what is most suitable.

Packages are delivered to the chosen address or the nearest pickup point if the original location is full.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Delivery
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@emilemil.com. We will look into it as soon as possible.

Damaged Item
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo in the original packaging.

Some products may have longer delivery times or separate conditions.
